Which data do we store and how is this data used?
In order to approve your participation, we require your first and last name, your date of birth, your email address and your full address. We require your email address in order to send any confirmation or information emails, and so that we can contact you to provide any information on organisational procedure. Personal information provided by the award participants is saved and used solely for the purpose of the Golden Cajon Awards. Such information serves to guarantee unambiguous identification, and is used to notify participants in the event of a win.
Schlagwerk GmbH shall only use your data for the purposes cited above. Employees authorised by Schlagwerk for such purposes and/or persons charged with carrying out the task shall have access to your data.

Personal data that you provide to us is used solely for the purposes of the Schlagwerk Golden Cajon Awards and the communication connected therewith. Your data is not passed on to third parties that are not entrusted with tasks as part of the execution of the Golden Cajon Award; more specifically, your data will in no event be sold, leased or exchanged.
